Here. With thanks to Karyn here. ‘A Charming Font’ is awesome! It may well now be my favorite font of all time.
If you download any be sure to click on the blue ‘download’ box rather than the annoying advert link.

I think this particular ‘failblog’ photo is itself a failure, a fraud. I think this because
1- the shade of blue on the ‘assorted Easter specials’ segment is subtly different than the segment below.
2- the font of those two sections is also slightly different. And
3- most tellingly, there’s an ever so subtle line between the two [...]

Ok I admit, I ripped off the title of the post from Rick. Just remember, it’s not plagiarism if you acknowledge your sources.
Now, if only the long, long, long, overly long, annoyingly long, unjustifiably long overdue Dead Sea Scrolls Bible module would be announced, FINALLY!
I publicly call on Logos to stop, cease, and desist all [...]

Given my usual load of patience it usually takes a good bit to annoy me. Facebook has, though, been acting really weirdly the last few days. Wall posts aren’t posting, comments are commenting, pages aren’t loading, updates aren’t updating, and now this:
Facebook, why are you so cantankerous? How am I supposed to find out what [...]

I’m sure you’re a great kid. You seem likable enough when you’re interviewed and such. But, guy, come on. There are other people on the team! Don’t be such a bloody ball hog! Every time you run the ball, it makes me want to scream ‘pass it or hand it off and stop being such [...]

I can’t be an atheist because no one in their right mind could look at a painting and say ‘it just happened that way’. How can they look out their window in the Fall and think ‘it just happened that way’?
I’m not willing to work out as much as it would take to be a [...]

A fellow biblioblogger has gone on, and on, and on about how delightful this tea is.
So I went to the local hoity toity ‘anything you find in here you won’t find in Wal-Mart’ store and picked up a box. I made a cup and have to confess that it’s pretty good. Yes, it’s quite tasty [...]

Our family has been in Cookeville and Nashville since yesterday (yes, the posts that appeared today were pre-arranged). It was a nice little getaway. Part of the fun was in Nashville’s biggest mall where Rachel (my precious college student daughter) found what she described as the perfect mask for me.
She took the pic with her [...]

I watched the season premier of House last night and loved it. Laurie should have won the best actor in a drama Emmy, he’s magnificent. The episode was brilliantly done and fantastically acted. And the best thing about House is that he’s just House. It’s the most intelligent drama on tv and maybe the best [...]

I know this is ‘off topic’ (!) but I wonder if any of you techno geeks have a suggestion concerning a dsl router issue I’ve been having.
My router, an ActionTec, won’t seem to connect unless I unplug the power cord and the DSL line and leave them unplugged for a minute or more. Simply turning [...]
