Here in the gulag we have limited flight choices. And in very few cases do we have direct flights to anywhere (except Atlanta and Houston, the latter of which has a foul airport and horrid schedule problems). Basically we have American, United, Delta, and Northwest. Few choices naturally mean high prices to boot. All of which explains that I sometimes drive to Nashville in order to get a decent fare.
