Mary Winkler has been granted full custody of her children by a ‘Judge’ this week in yet another act of judicial misdoing connected with this tragic case.
You may remember Mary. She shot her husband in the back with a shotgun because she threw the family’s money away on a Nigerian email scam and she didn’t want him to find out about it. Then she took the kids and got out of town. Arrested, tried, convicted and sentenced to a few months in a mental facility she has since returned to normal life and now regained her children who had been in the custody of their paternal grandparents.
Let’s all hope and pray she doesn’t decide to kill those children too.

Ridiculous… At least she will have to answer to God.

I sincerly agree with you regarding your sentiments about this lady. If it had been a man who had killed his wife, not only would he still be in prison but he would never see his kids again. This is a real perversion of justice. I wonder how her ex-inlaws feel.

It seems incredible that there is not some aspect of this case which has not been explained but, after a public trial, what more could be left that is not known.
It seems like a grave miscarriage of justice.
Almost inexplicable.
